Tuition and Fee Schedule 2023-2024

Tuition and Fee Schedule

Tuition and Curriculum

The cost of tuition for new students in 2023-2024 is $450/month. If enrolling two students, the tuition is $750/month, and three or more students is $950/ month.

Tuition is payable on the first of each month for a total of ten (10) months. September - June.  Although the full month of June is not full with instructional days, we have found our parents have an easier time paying in a ten month period instead of nine months.

A late fee of $25 is accrued if payment is not made by the 10th of each month.  If a full year is paid at once, there is a 10% discount!

Curriculum

Our Learning Centers are modeled after those encouraged by A.C.E. We do our best to maintain a standard Learning Center environment implementing this system. Each student is blessed with his or her own space called their "office".  The design eliminates most of the distractions found in traditional public school classrooms.

The curriculum consists of twelve PACES which should be viewed as chapters of a textbook in each core subject as well as electives.

The cost of Elementary (levels 1-6)  PACES is $250.

The cost of Middle and High School (levels 7-12) is $350

Enrollment and Testing Fees

We take enrollment applications very seriously at NHCS, therefore, to cover the expenses that may arise as a result of enrollment, we charge a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 for one student, $75 for two students, and $100 for three or more students each year. This is a one-time annual fee.

We are a Microschool. Every year, we are required to assess our students in one of two ways. We may administer a nationally standardized test or choose to have a portfolio reviewed by a certified teacher. Currently, we prefer the portfolio option. The fee for this service is $45 and is non-refundable.
